Never expected
‘I have been working at LMC-Couplings since January 2007.’ says Kelly Van Aken, Account manager at LMC-Couplings. ‘During the first months, I had several intensive training sessions, given by experienced sales people and engineers. They taught me everything about industrial hose couplings, but also took the time to tell me more about our customers and the various industries we operate in.’
‘The commercial skills, which I developed during my studies communication, as well as my flair for languages like Dutch, German, French and English, are today more than useful. Although it was not my intention to work in a technical environment when studying communications, the international scene we’re operating in, the close cooperation with our customers, the teamwork within our company and the continuous development gives me the opportunity to grow every day.’
