1996
Due to the growing demand on the European market for high-quality industrial couplings, two companies, one Belgian and one Taiwanese decided to combine their strengths: market and application knowledge together with material and production know-how. LMC- Couplings was born !
1997
New product lines are introduced: DIN 2817, RK safety clamps and 8" aluminium C&G couplings with 4 handles.
1998
Publication of the first product catalogue in English.
1999
Product range is expanded to include DIN 3489 European air couplings and monobloc swivel flange inserts in steel and stainless steel. Online service www.lmc-couplings.com is launched.
2000
The successfull cam & groove couplings range is expanded with 4" polypropylene C&G couplings with three handles and specially-designed spool adaptors.
2001
A patented 1" safety handle is introduced to support the cam & groove range.
2002
ISO 9001:2000 certified by Lloyd's Register.
2003
New products are added to our range of brass TW-couplings.
2004
LMC-Couplings moves to a new building.
2005
Lloyd's Register EN ISO 9001:2000 certification is renewed for a further three years.
2006
LMC-Couplings invests in a fully-automated robot welding machine
2007
LMC-Couplings completes its range of TW brass couplings with the introduction of the ND 100.
LMC-Couplings plublishes a new technical product catalogue and a new website
