The key to our successful welding operation is our highly-trained personnel, who keep up to date with all the latest in welding technology through a program of continuous training. As part of our constant process and product quality, LMC-Couplings has invested in a fully-automatic TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding machine.
This welding process is used wherever welding of the highest quality and precision is required.
MIG Welding machines are used for all special applications. CNC solutions
Tailor-made couplings often involve the use of LMC-Couplings' advanced CNC lathes. Our engineering team uses leading-edge 3D design software to develop, design and manufacture our tailor-made couplings. Continual communication between design and production is required throughout the production process. Our production facilities maintain an extensive stock of raw materials specifically for our tailor-made products; stainless steel, carbon.
