At the end of 2005, LMC-couplings' EN ISO 9001:2000 certification was renewed by Lloyd's Register. The coupling manufacturing process requires strict control to guarantee our customers the highest product and service quality. LMC-Couplings develops, designs and manufactures couplings in accordance with its own stringent engineering quality program. Each coupling may be different, but each and every item deserves the same high quality of engineering supervision, because quality must be monitored at every stage and at all times.
Before new couplings are launched, we conduct extensive market research to evaluate the lifespan of every new coupling. Product manufacturing processes are tested and optimized on a small scale before couplings are transferred to our production plants. The experience we gain from pilot and full-scale production testing makes a valuable contribution to our ongoing Research and Development program.
Our engineering team uses the latest standards and leading-edge 3D measurement technology to develop, design and manufacture perfect couplings. Product quality is checked using a battery of in-house testing facilities:
